Creative Commissions: Just Add Water Screening

To celebrate the launch of the Adur & Worthing Trust Creative Commissions 2023. Join the free public screening of ‘Just Add Water’, a short film all about the community of people who swim in the sea off the coast of Adur & Worthing all year round.
Meet filmmaker Kristian Coburn and find out about the application process for the next round of Creative Commissions funding.
Kristian’s film looks at the reasons why they choose to enter the cold water in all weathers, exploring themes such as grief, mental heath & well-being, PTSD and the simple joy of being in nature.
Just Add Water has recently won Best Documentary Short at The Big International Film Festival in London, and it was officially selected for two other festivals: 4theatre & the First-Time Filmmaker Sessions.
Nikki Gatland will also be speaking about her amazing swim to the Rampion Wind Farm.
