Colonnade House supports the growth of the creative industries in Worthing by offering affordable work space and gallery space in the heart of the town.
Gallery 1 & 2 on the ground floor are available for hire for exhibitions and we periodically make them available for other kinds of events – short term projects, hourly hire for meetings or workshops, professional development events and networking.
Our aim as a Creative Hub is to provide a platform for high quality and innovative work by local practitioners, and to showcase new practice from the wider world, fostering cross-disciplinary inspiration and collaboration.

There are two ground floor spaces for hire: Gallery 1 (approx 348 sq ft) and Gallery 2 (approx 46 sq ft). Occupying a prominent corner location, the sweeping curve of Gallery 1 window commands attention from all directions in this busy town centre area. Gallery 2, ideal for smaller scale exhibitions and projects looks onto pedestrianised Warwick Street where the large window attracts passers-by.
We are aiming for a mixed programme of activity in the ground floor spaces, and reserve the right to refuse applications for hire for events or exhibitions that do not make a positive contribution to the reputation of the hub for reasons of quality, taste or decency.
