Join Artist Michelle Dawson to learn how she makes ink drawings of flowers and plants. She will show you how to lightly sketch the outline in pencil and share useful tips on how to draw the shapes of flowers and leaves.
Then she will demonstrate how to use a dip-pen with Indian ink. You will have a chance to try using a dip-pen to produce your own ink drawings of flowers. There will be a variety of flowers available in the gallery to observe and draw from.
The sessions will include a half hour break in the middle, during which you can pop out to get a coffee and stretch your legs.
All materials and drinking water will be provided.
