‘Crow’ is a selection of recent artworks by Worthing-based artist Shona Macdonald. Beginning as an illustrative accompaniment to a volume of poems written as she walked the South Downs, this body of work has grown and evolved into a presence in its own right.
Featuring works in collagraphy, painting, charcoal and sculpture, ‘ Crow’ provides an insight into Shona’s growing intrigue with this marginalised and mythologically symbolic creature, celebrating its intelligence, presence, beauty and mystery.
