From The High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the rolling chalk hills of the South Downs, to the South Coast Plain; Sussex is home to some truly iconic locations.

Spring is a fantastic time to photograph this area. The sun rises and sets in the perfect position to beautifully illuminate the exquisite coastline. Atmospheric conditions are also commonplace at this time, with mist shrouding unmistakable landmarks as Arundel Castle or the Cowdray Ruins.

Stuart Hutchinson has always had an interest in photography. Born in London, he moved to Sussex a decade ago and now resides in Worthing with his wife, Karen, and stepdaughter Annie. He only became serious about photographing landscapes in March 2018 after Karen sent him on a photography workshop in Dorset. Keen to explore his adopted home county, this exhibition is the result of 60 days of photographing the unmissable views and landmarks around Sussex.

Images will be available to purchase with all proceeds going to Buttle UK, a charity dedicated to helping children and young people in need across the UK since 1953.
