Just received the final artwork for our Discovery Trail map from local artist Bella Chalk and can’t wait to see the final result in print. Here’s a little preview of her artwork.
The idea is to use the trail map to discover and draw hidden gems in participating houses around the town. Each venue on the list will be choosing a piece of art, an object or an architectural feature for you to discover and draw on the map.
Aimed at young and old alike, there is an added option for under 25’s who could use their completed map as part of an Arts Award – more information about that here.
You’ll be able to pick up the leaflets from Colonnade House and venues around the trail.
