Rag’n’Bone Man supporting young people making music through his role as patron of music charity Audio Active is the focus of a short film from sponsors Red Bull. You can watch it here:
Rag’n’Bone Man : Paying it Forward
The film includes scenes shot in Worthing at Colonnade House during the #Scratchpad project in March this year.
The multi-award winning musician made a surprise visit to the venue and got involved with the music workshops, offering support and encouragement to local young people.
The film also includes performances by locally based emerging artists Boudicca Pepper, Phonetic and Elijah Peart at local venue Bar 42 during the ‘From Scratch’ event held there as part of the #Scratchpad project in April.
Visuals for the project that feature in the film were created by As Described, now one of the occupants of Colonnade House, Worthing’s Creative Hub.
#Scratchpad was a partnership project between Adur & Worthing Trust, Audio Active, Northbrook Metropolitan College, As Described and Adur & Worthing Councils with generous funding from Arts Council England, Worthing Town Centre Initiative and Worthing Community Chest.
